Isabel Alvarez Borland

(Cuba). Es profesora en College of the Holy Cross, Worcester, MA. Autora del libro Cuban American Literature of Exile: From Person to Persona y de un libro sobre la obra de Guillermo Cabrera Infante, Discontinuidad y ruptura. Ha escrito diversos estudios sobre la literatura cubana y cubanoamericana. Entre sus últimos libros se encuentran Identity, Memory, and Diaspora: Voices of Cuban-American Artists, Writers, and Philosophers (coeditora, 2008) y Cuban-American Literature and Art: Negotiating Identities (2009).
